Exceptional hospitality from staff!

Wifi was slow, spacious rooms and great breakfast help with overall comfort.

Check-in experience was less than stellar, leading to some initial frustration. Water flow in the bathroom was painfully slow, taking ages to fill the tub. In-room dining lacked basic utensils, and several requests for amenities took longer than necessary. Issues like a broken faucet and flooded bathroom made the experience inconvenient. While generally clean, the overall upkeep didn't meet the five-star expectations the hotel promotes.

my stay was definetely underwhelming. the room was a mess, with a dirty towel and a broken door lock. also, what's wrong with offering a welcome drink? i almost gave a good review, but the cleaning staff entered my room without knocking! the service just woudl ve been acceptable if they could even get that right.

During my recent stay at Crowne Plaza, I was impressed by the well-appointed rooms and the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mayank, Avinash, and Prashant, who enhanced my experience significantly. The breakfast buffet was extensive, featuring a variety of dishes, including an outstanding beef stew. The hotel's location in the corporate and industrial hub of Delhi allowed for convenient access to meetings and related activities.

Had a decent time at Crowne Plaza! The breakfast buffet impressed me, especially with the attentive service and good coffee. Only downside? The noise from the street could be a bother at times.

What you’ll love and hate

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. My child loved the surprise birthday celebration set up by the team.

The metro station was quite far, requiring us to rely on autorickshaws and cabs for transportation, which was inconvenient at times.

the crowne plaza offers a lovely pool and spa which made my stay even more relaxing. the breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with an impressive range of freshly prepared dishes to choose from. the staff were incredibly attentive in the restaurant, making sure everything was perfect during breakfast.

We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite during our stay. The staff was incredibly polite and made us feel welcome at every turn. Watching the stunning city view from our room was truly a highlight of our experience.

We did notice some street noise, which occasionally affected the otherwise tranquil atmosphere.

Just a good match for a flying visit in New Delhi with outstanding value. The hotel staff quickly provided my inhaler when I forgot it. Check the kettle for cold noodles sauce, it's easy to miss.

Fantastic facilities like a deep bath and smooth check-in made my stay amazing. Loved the prompt Doctor service when needed!

I had an unforgettable experience staying here! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. I was particularly impressed by the dining options available. the dosa at breakfast and the chicken tandoori for dinner were absolutely delightful! The staff, especially those at the front desk and room service, went above and beyond with their courteous and prompt attention to my requests. I did wish there were more convenience stores nearby for late-night snacks.
